A board certified specialist in
administrative law has built a practice dealing with the administrative
operations of the local, state and federal government. Administrative
lawyers also represent clients before administrative agencies or
practice of law within those agencies. Other administrative law experts
are involved in judicial proceedings against those agencies or
representing those agencies. Although specifics vary from state to
state, in general, the attorneys who are board certified in
administrative law must demonstrate knowledge of the specific agency’s
requirements and proceedings, as well as of trial and appellate
procedures.
